HEALTH GUARANTEE FOR BERNESE MOUNTAIN PUPPIES

All bernese mountain puppies purchased from our website are accompanied by a minimum one-month health guarantee provided by the breeder. In the event of any uncertainty regarding the terms of this guarantee, we kindly request that you review the rules and regulations specific to your state.

Upon purchasing your bernese mountain dog puppy, it is expected that the animal undergoes a professional veterinary examination within 30 days. Should the veterinarian identify any health issues or illnesses contracted within 10 to 30 days after the purchase, you have the following options to choose from:

1. Return the puppy and receive a full refund.

2. Return the puppy and exchange it for another bernese mountain dog puppy of equal value.

3. Return the puppy and receive compensation for veterinary expenses, up to the price of the purchased puppy

Vet

When the seller presents a well-being certificate, signed and stamped by a veterinary doctor, the aforementioned options provided will not be advantageous to you.

Upon purchasing your bernese mountain dog puppy, if within one month a professional veterinary doctor determines that your dog has a congenital or hereditary problem negatively affecting its well-being, or if your pet dies from the aforementioned diseases, you are also subject to the aforementioned solutions listed.

It is imperative that an alert be made and a message be sent to you, providing the address and phone number of the veterinarian who conducted the puppy’s health check, within 24 to 72 hours of the certified veterinary approval of your puppy’s illness. Failure to notify the seller within 72 business hours will result in the blame being placed on you, potentially resulting in significant loss. It is important to note that different states have varying rules and regulations regarding puppy purchases. Therefore, please carefully review the conditions in your state before buying a puppy.

Amplified(extended) Hereditary Well being Ensures (when advertised)

  • In order to provide coverage for any ailment or disease that can be proven to have a hereditary origin through a legitimate veterinary examination and lap test, an additional guarantee will be specifically provided. It should be noted that these guarantees do not cover normal veterinary expenses incurred while providing routine care for the puppy. Prior to any payment being made, legitimate documentation must be provided to the breeder.
  • It is important to note that this guarantee does not cover any costs associated with injuries caused by the owner’s negligence or accidental harm. We do, however, provide assurance that all vaccinations and worming have been administered as stated on the vaccination schedule. We strongly encourage new pet owners to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two days of taking ownership.
Bernese Mountain Puppies are only sold on limited registration.

It is a condition of sale that requires each pet puppy to be spayed or neutered before 27 weeks of age.

Puppies advertised as potential breeding prospects are sold under full/open enrollment. We cannot guarantee that your puppy will achieve a title or be suitable for breeding purposes once fully developed. It is understood that, at the time of purchase, the puppy possesses desirable traits and lineage for compliance competition and breeding purposes.

Your puppy has received vaccinations and has been on a deworming regimen, with all records up to date. These records will be provided to you. It is highly recommended that you share these records with your veterinarian, as it is crucial to continue with vaccinations and deworming after bringing your bernese mountain puppy home. Please do not overlook the annual booster after completing these initial procedures.
